Overview
Keeping company and director records accurate and up to date is essential for efficient company administration and successful submissions to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). However, manually capturing company information, verifying director contact details and processing director changes can be time-consuming and may result in errors, delays and rejected submissions.
This webinar highlights the importance of maintaining accurate company and director records and demonstrates how accounting practitioners can simplify these processes using InfoDocs. Attendees will learn how to onboard client companies efficiently, verify director contact details before submissions and update director information using the Notice of Change of Directors (CoR39) upload functionality.
Join Cassidy Kroon and Lauren Carthy on the 20th of November 2026 from 10h00 to 11h00 as they demonstrate practical ways to manage company and director records through InfoDocs, helping practitioners reduce administrative work, improve the accuracy of CIPC submissions and save valuable time when managing client compliance.
