Would a company that chooses to submit XBRL AFS have a greater chance of being selected for monitoring (as opposed to submitting an FAS)?
Not by default. Sampling is based on certain criteria each quarter. However, the XBRL system has the capability to pick-up anomalies and non-compliances without human intervention.
