Do companies that are required to be independently reviewed submit FAS or AFS
They may elect to submit their AFS.
They by default fall into the FAS category.
The rule is this: If an audit is conducted by virtue of Regulation 28, the AFS MUST be submitted to CIPC. If the audit is triggered by other reasons, then submitting the AFS to CIPC is optional.
