Who is exempt from having a PAIA Manual?
All private bodies are exempt from having a PAIA manual for now only until 31 December 2021. Examples are a body corporate, home owners association, sole proprietor, close corporation (CC), most SMEs, private school and private university. NB - These exemptions are under review and will be updated in due course.
