COIDA: Minimum assessment for Domestic workers

Notice no. 360 has been published in the Government Gazette no. 44702, by the Director-General of Employment and Labour under the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act, 1993 (Act 30 of 1993) as amended.
The notice confirms the introduction of a minimum assessment of R381 specific to the Domestic sector in terms of S83 (1).
