Deeds Registries Act: Amendment of Regulations 2021

This amends the Regulations as promulgated by Government Gazette Notice No. R474 of 29 March 1963, as amended.
The following Regulations have been amended:
- Regulation 16
- Regulation 42
- Regulation 48
The section containing the forms has been amended by substituting Form V (Certificate of Township title).
