The codes deal with how personal information will be processed by each one of the companies.

Affected persons are invited to submit written comments to the Regulator (email address: codes.IR@justice.gov.za) till the 13th August 2021.

A notice will also be published for each Code of Conduct in the Government Gazette in compliance with section 61 (2) of POPIA.
